We compile comprehensive submissions to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) for feeds and pest control products that are competitively compliant.
Regulatory Affairs
Pest Control Products
- Review and prepare Pest Control Products (PCPs) category submissions A-D for PMRA
- Compile risk assessment data for PMRA submission evaluations, including human health risks, environmental impact, stability, toxicology, and environmental fate
- Help prepare for mandatory pesticide re-evaluation every 15 years
- Review and prepare Research Permit submissions for pesticide trials testing new chemical use patterns, and to prove the efficacy and/or safety of a product
Feed Products
- Compile and prepare Feed Registration Number applications to Health Canada
- Manage post-licensing changes such as amendments and administrative changes
Labeling and Marketing Compliance
- Review product label and packaging for compliance
- Assist with label and text development
- Advise on advertising claim compliance
Quality Assurance
- Conduct GMP inspections
- Prepare and review SOPs
Scientific Affairs
- Design and commission stability studies
- Provide analysis of claim substantiation
- Evaluate product/package compatibility
Due Diligence
- Prepare consumer response analysis
- Review for environmental and safety issues
